We do not return or refund items, but will offer an exchange of items if DS condition and not tried on. Exchange request must be submitted within the first 5 days of your orders delivery and not after. A cancellation to any order is a 10% cancellation fee if items have not been shipped. This fee will cover surcharges from PAYPAL.
